Lightning Takes on a Rodeo

Hello class, it’s Lightning reporting in again. I loved this last internship! I worked with Mr. Martinez, Carlita’s Dad, at The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.  Mr. Martinez said that I very helpful and eager to learn.

In his job, Mr. Martinez is responsible for the Computer systems for ProRodeo.  His team provides a service to the members of our association.  Did you know that all of the Cowboys you see at the rodeo are members of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association?

I visited their office, which is located in the suburbs.  I answered phone calls and helped members with computer questions.  His job makes it easier for the Cowboys to enter a rodeo, like The Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo, so we can enjoy watching them compete.

If they did not do their job, you would not be able to find out about Rodeo on the internet.  It would also be hard for the Cowboys to know where all of the rodeos are!  I saw how we they make it easier for everybody to enjoy the sport of rodeo.

Mr. Martinez included a picture of Lightning talking to a Cowboy on the phone.  He said I was a big help and that I am welcome back at any time.
Signing off, until next time,

Lightning T. Bear
